Who we are
Go10 Limited (company no. 06015132) is the data controller for this website and for enquiries made through it. Our registered address is c/o Bishop Fleming LLP, 1–3 College Yard, Worcester WR1 2LB. You can reach us at info@go10.co.uk or on0800 669 6397.
Go10 CE Distribution Limited is a separate company in Ireland, listed on our contact page. This policy covers this website.
To confirm: the ICO registration number. UK controllers normally have to register with the Information Commissioner's Office and pay the data protection fee; Go10's published policies do not carry a number either, so this is outstanding rather than merely missing here. Also whether the two companies share a controller relationship for enquiries. What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising technology and no cookies. The site makes no requests to other companies, so no one else learns that you visited. The single value it keeps in your browser is the light or dark theme you chose, which never leaves your device and is described in full on our cookies page.
Our hosting provider will keep ordinary server logs of requests, as any web host does.
To confirm: the host, what its logs record (typically IP address, timestamp, page and user agent), the retention period and the country the data sits in.What you give us when you get in touch
The form on our contact page submits your name, company, email address and message — plus country and website if you fill them in — to our server, which emails it to info@go10.co.ukand sales@go10.co.uk. The email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service that processes it on our behalf.
To confirm: Resend's data location (it is US-based, so this is an international transfer and the transfer mechanism must be named), and how long enquiries are kept in our mailboxes.Either way, what we hold is the content of your message: typically your name, your company, your email address, anything you choose to tell us about your brand, and whatever we go on to discuss.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have contacted a distributor about working together, and replying to you and keeping a record of the conversation is what you asked for. Where a conversation becomes a contract, the basis becomes performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
If you are on a marketing list, we keep your details for twelve months from your last interaction with us. Where an enquiry becomes a business relationship, the records of that relationship are kept for seven years. Anything else is kept for as long as the law requires or the business needs it, and no longer.
To confirm: the two periods above are Go10's own, from the published policy of 9 July 2025. What that policy does not say is how long an enquiry is kept when it does not become business, which is the commonest case for this form. A policy has to state a period — "as long as necessary" is not one.Who else sees it
Your enquiry goes to Go10's own people. Beyond that it is handled by the ordinary services any business uses — email and the systems we keep records in. We share information with trusted third parties only under a data protection agreement, and in the ordinary course of business that can include our IT providers and, where the law requires it, legal and tax authorities.
To confirm: name the processors. At minimum the email provider (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or similar) and any CRM. The published policy lists categories rather than names, and a category is not a processor. If your information leaves the UK
Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the standard contractual terms the Information Commissioner's Office recognises for international transfers.
To confirm, and a wording point. The published policy says "Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO", which conflates two instruments: SCCs are the European Commission's, and the UK's are the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum, both issued by the ICO. Name whichever is actually in place, and say which countries are involved — or delete this section if nothing leaves the UK.We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with the brands or retailers we work with without asking you first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, and object to us holding it on the basis of legitimate interests. There is more detail, and how to make a request, on ourdata protection page.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at info@go10.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, atico.org.uk.
Changes
This page is dated at the top, and that date changes when the text does. If we ever add analytics, a form-handling service or anything else that changes what is collected, this page changes before it goes live.
